Day 1
Tehran arrival
Welcome to Iran, you will be meet and greet by our driver and tour representative to transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Tehran. Accommodation: 4 star at Enghelab hotel
Day 2
Tour of Tehran + Flight to Ahwaz
Visit National Museum of Iran to get familiar with Iran’s long history, after we visit Golestan Palace, in there we visit several historical palaces and building, visit Tehran Grand Bazaar and Imam Khomeini Mosque, Visit Azadi Tower before transfer to Mehrabad airport for a flight to Ahwaz, arrive and overnight. Accommodation: 5 star at Pars hotel
Day 3
Excursion to Ziggurat, Susa & Shushtar
Full day excursion to Ziggurat of the Choqa Zanbil dating back to the Elamite time on 1250 B.C, after we visit haft tappeh to visit elamite necropolis along with Susa to visit the remains of Achaemenian Palaces also we visit tomb of Daniel the prophet, afterwards we move to Shushtar to visit Sushtar Historic waterfall which is now registered as a UNESCO heritage site, drives back to ahwaz for an overnight stay. Accommodation: 5 star at Pars hotel
Day 4
Travel to Shiraz
After breakfast, we drives to Shiraz, en-route we stop to visit Bishapur where you can visit the remains of Ancient Sassanid city built by Shapur 1st, after, there are some Sassanid bas-reliefs at the place called Tang-e Chogan which is in details of Shapur’s Victories over the roman empire, latter arrives to Shiraz, Overnight in Shiraz. Day 5
Shiraz sightseeing
Pick up by your local guide in Shiraz to visit Karim Khan Citadel, Pars museum and Nazar Garden, Shiraz Bazaar including Saraye Moshir, visit Vakil Mosque, after lunch, we visit Nasil al molk mosque and Narenjestan Garde, Tomb of Saadi and Hafez. Overnight Shiraz. Accommodation: 4 star at Royal hotel
Day 6
Travel to Yazd
Move to Yazd, a city known as the Bride of the desert, we visit Persepolis, The first Persian empire capital and where Darius the great came to celebrate the New Year, after we visit nearby Naghsh-e rostam, the sites holds the Achaemenian Necropolis plus some rock reliefs showing the event’s happened in Sassanid times, after we visit Pasargadae in Morghab Plain, Pasargadae is a place that Cyrus the great entombed, again, we stop in Abarkooh to visit a 4.000 year old Cypress Tree, Arrives in Yazd in the evening. Day 7
Yazd city tour
Yazd, Marco-polo’s favorite city, today we visit Mir chakhmaq Complex including a three story facade, Historic wind towers and Yazd water museum, after we visit Hazire mosque, Old city of Yazd, the magnificent Jameh Mosque, Mausoleum of Rokn od din, walking in Old city of Yazd to visit Alexander Prison (Ziaeeye School) and tomb of 12 Imams. Overnight Yazd. Accommodation: 4 star at Daad hotel
Day 8
Travel to Esfahan
Today we visit Dakhmeye Zartoshtyon (tower of silet) after, we stop at Na’een to visit ancient Jameh mosque, Arrives in Esfahan later in the afternoon, total distance 350 KM. Accommodation: 4 star at Piroozi hotel
Day 9
Isfahan city tour
Isfahan, known as the half of the world, today with your local tour guide you will visit: Imam Square and royal mosque, Sheikh Lotf allah Mosque, and the multi story Ali Qapu Palace. Wander the Qeysariye bazaar before heading for a delicious local food, after we visit enchanting famous bridges, Overnight in Isfahan. Accommodation: 4 star at Piroozi hotel
Day 10
Sightseeing in Isfahan
Today we visit Vank cathedral and Armenian quarter as well as Shaking minarets, free time in the afternoon to explore historic bazaar. Accommodation: 4 star at Piroozi hotel
Day 11
Free and easy day in Isfahan
A day free of activity at your own leisure. Accommodation: 4 star at Piroozi hotel
Day 12
Travel to Kashan
Say good bye to Isfahan and drive for 175 KM to Kashan, en-route we stop to visit mountain village of Abyaneh where the locals still preserved their traditions, language and dress, time to walk the narrow lines, sample some dried fruit and having the lunch, arrive in Kashan late the the afternoon to check in the hotel. Accommodation: 4 star at Negarestan hotel
Day 13
Kashan city tour
This historic city has a long history dating back to 6000 BC, today in a city tour we visit Fin garden, Boroujerdiha and Tabatabaee houses, Agha bozorg mosque and the Bazaar, Overnight in Kashan. Accommodation: 4 star at Negarestan hotel
Day 14
End of the 14 day Iran Ziggura Tours
Today we drive back directly to IKIA airport for departure flight
